“Working with Rachel has greatly reduced my stress and anxiety around food, diet culture, and body insecurity. When I first met with Rachel I felt overwhelmed and unhappy with my relationship with food… I was binge eating and felt powerless. Rachel has helped me regain my confidence and helped me to love my body again. Thank you, Rachel!” —EK

“Rachel is excellent as a nutritionist. She had the ability to persuade me to change my ways which is amazing. She also follows up with written advice which is very helpful. She doesn’t demand changes, rather she persuades her clients with helpful advice. I actually looked forward to my sessions with Rachel” — KB

“Rachel was delightful to work with. She was friendly, kind, and listened well. Her observations made me reflect and she offered great advice. Working with her was a great experience and was very helpful on my health journey.” — AL

“I’ve been working with Rachel for the last year on nutrition counseling and she has been an absolute joy to work with. She was immeasurably helpful during a confusing period. She helped me navigate a variety of dietary plans and lifestyle changes that lasted over a one year period. She provided timely and easy to understand guidance. I would recommend her without hesitation to friends colleagues and family members who might be seeking nutrition counseling.” — RL

“Let me just say, this is my first time working with a nutritionist and I didn't know what to expect. Rachel and I hit it off from my first visit. She made me feel very comfortable. It was like she read my mind where food was concerned. I was able to start implementing goals immediately after my very first visit...and they worked and were simple and made total sense. I initially decided to seek help where food was concerned because I knew the yo-yo dieting wasn’t the healthiest thing, and there was too much conflicting information out there on the web. I'm not one to ever give up. Rachel is an amazing breath of fresh air and part of what I call my "self-care team". Thank you so much Rachel and Tepper Nutrition for opening my eyes to sustainable and healthy nutritional habits.” —AS

“When I started working with Rachel I was in desperate need of help. I was in recovery from SIBO and eating a very limited FODMAP diet. Even before having SIBO, my diet was limited by several food sensitivities and my mental outlook was one of restriction as I had a past eating disorder in my teens. Rachel gave me a very approachable plan and encouraged me in ways I will be forever grateful for. She met me where I was and provided a bridge to get me to where I am today. Today, my diet is expansive, my energy is incredible, my skin and hair are as healthy as ever, and most importantly, I have a positive outlook on food and my life around food. Rachel's approach is gentle, but firm. She pushed me to open my mind, diet, and approach to my body and food. I will forever be grateful to her!” —BS
