It can be difficult to know what is right for you when it comes to healthy eating. The media encourages dieting, and research shows conflicting information about nutrition and health. Luckily, healthy eating and living doesn’t have to be confusing! By meeting with me, I will dispel any nutrition myths and provide health advice through a non-diet approach. We will work together to learn mindful and intuitive eating strategies that include listening to your body when making food choices, while allowing yourself to eat the foods that you enjoy. My overall goal is to help you have a healthier relationship with food that will last a lifetime and to bring joy back into eating.

I offer single sessions and packages either in person, by phone or via Skype. I am out of network and provide paperwork at the end of sessions to send to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
