Mindful Eating + Wellness
After working with clients one-on-one, I see them develop a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies, they feel more energized and optimistic, and they begin to make space in their lives for the things that truly matter to them.
Through ongoing counseling sessions we work to come up with a personalized plan to help clients feel better about their food choices.
Here is how we can make that happen for you:
1. Let’s chat on the phone! Reach out and we will schedule our 15-minute initial phone consult where I can learn more about your goals and share a bit about our appointments.
2. We meet for an hour-long initial session where we will take a look at your experiences with food, your current lifestyle, what’s working for you and what areas can use improvement. We will cover food intake, exercise, sleep, stress and anything else that might be impacting your overall health. From there we will determine which option of meeting will work best for you to help you reach your goals.
3. Over the course of our time together, we will work to execute your nutrition and wellness plan. In follow up appointments, we will discuss your progress since we last met – what has worked and what do we need to change? What questions came up and what was challenging since we last met? At the end of each session, we create two to three goals to work towards until our next session.
In between sessions, I am available by e-mail if any questions come up or if you want to share updates. I am here to support you each step of the way and can’t wait to work with you!

I offer packages, single appointments and full-day intensives either in person, by phone or via Skype. I am out of network and provide paperwork at the end of sessions to send to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
I also offer a sliding scale for those who have any financial hardships and are interested in meeting. Feel free to contact me to discuss available options.
